1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
700g Chicken
1 ½ cups Onion
1 large Green Chilli
4 Tbsp. Yogurt
½ tsp. Cumin Seeds
8 Peppercorns
2 Tbsp. Cashew Nut Powder
½ Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 ½" Cinnamon Stick
6 Cardamom Pods
½ cup Thickened Cream
2 Tbsp. Coriander Leaves + for garnishing
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -5
