Ingredients
200 g boiled rice
Vegetables like cabbage, carrots, capsicum, onion,
200 g boneless chicken
Marinate it with
1 tsp vinegar, soya sauce,
salt and chilli powder as per needed.
1 tsp oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp black pepper powder,
Little salt and scramble the eggs.
Again in same pan add 1 tsp oil and cook marinated chicken
In same pan add 2 tablespoons of oil
Then vegetables and 1/2 tsp salt and pepper sauté well add boil rice, scramble eggs, cooked chicken,2 tbsp tomato ketchup,2 tsp vinegar,1-1/2tsp soya sauce mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes in high flame.
Chicken fried is ready to serve
