On popular demand, presenting Chinese Chicken Fried Rice. Love M #ChickenFriedRice #ChineseChickenFriedRice #ChefMeghna Ingredients 2 tbs oil 1 cup cooked rice 1 cup chopped chicken breast 4-5 tsp soya sauce 2 tsp vinegar salt per taste black pepper crushed 4 cloves garlic finely chopped A small piece of ginger finely chopped Chopped green onions - Keep white and greens separate. Chopped carrots Chopped French beans Chopped capsicum Some pre-boiled green peas (matar) Method: Heat up the wok Take 2 tbs oil We will use a bowl of rice- I usually prefer 1-day old rice for the perfect texture Now oil is heated up, take 4 cloves of chopped garlic Add finely chopped ginger - just a small piece of ginger should suffice Let it cook for 2 minutes Add a cup of chicken breast chopped - ready- chicken breast is always easy to cook Let it cook for some time - we want chicken half-cooked Add some salt Add crushed black pepper Now add chopped green onion white part Add some chopped carrots Add french beans chopped Mix well Finely Chopped vegetables will cook in 5 minutes Add some pre-boiled fresh peas (matar) - this is optional Add some chopped capsicum Add 4-5 tsp soya sauce Add 2 tsp vinegar mix everything well, once everything is well cooked Add 1 cup cooked rice Mix well Chicken Fried Rice is ready Garnish with onion greens and serve it to friends and family.
