Chicken Escalope with French Fries

Ingredients for making escalope:-
Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)
English Mustard Sauce/Kasundi (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Black Pepper Powder (as per taste)
Egg (1 pc)
Vinegar (as required)
Panko Bread Crumbs (as required)
Corn Flour (as required)
Refined Oil (as required)
Ingredients for making fries:-
Blanched Potato (diced)
Corn Flour (as required)
Refined Oil (as required)
Procedures:-
First, cut the chicken breasts into thin slices. Now marinate the chicken pieces with english mustard sauce, black pepper powder, eggs, corn flour and salt. Spread the chicken pieces well on a plate with panko bread crumbs. Then heat oil in a pan and fry till golden. On the other hand, put the blanched potato pieces in corn flour and fry till golden. Now serve hot with tomato sauce on a serving plate.
