In this recipe I will show you how to prepare Chicken Do Pyaza in Awadhi style | Exotic Kitchen by Kash
Ingredients:
For Marination –
Chicken – 500 g
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder (Zeera) – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Corriander powder – 2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Curd (Dahi) – 150 g
Salt as per taste
For Gravy –
Star Anise (Chakra Phool) – 1 pc
Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi) – 1 pc
Maca (Jaavitree) – 1 small
Cloves (Laung) – 2-3 pc
Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) – 2-3 pc
Bay leaves (Tej Patta) – 2 pc
Black Pepper (Gol Mirch) – 10-12 pcs
Onion – 2 medium
Ginger Garlic (Coarsley) – 2tsp
Tomato – 2 medium
Turmeric powder – 3 pinch
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Oil – 60 ml
For Tadka –
Desi Ghee or Butter – 2 tsp
Red whole Chilli – 2 pc
Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed – 1 tsp (optional)
Onion – 6 cubes
Capsicum – 6 cubes
Red bell pepper – 6 cubes (optional)
