Make these Chicken Cheese Cutlets with Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese and let us know they turned out. #ChickenCheeseCutlets #MakeandFreezeCutlets #RamzanRecipes #SooperChef #nurpur Chicken Cheese Cutlets Ingredients for Cheese Sauce: Butter 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour 2 tbsp Milk 2 cups Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 ½ cup Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Mixture: Chicken (boiled and shredded) 2 cups Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup Sweet corn 1/2 cup Olives (chopped) 1/2 cup Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cup Mushrooms (chopped) 1/4 cup Chili sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp / to taste Cheese sauce Ingredients for Assembling: Bread crumbs 2 cups Beaten eggs 3-4 Chicken Cheese Cutlets as required Oil (for frying) as required Directions for Cheese Sauce Preparation: 1. In a pan heat butter and add flour and cook until fragrant. 2. Add milk and mix well to avoid lumps. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. 3. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts. Your cheese sauce is ready. Directions for Chicken Cheese Mixture Preparation: 4. In a bowl add chicken, capsicum, sweet corn, carrot, olives, mushrooms, chili sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, cheese sauce and mix well. 5. Spread the mixture in a dish and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes. 6. Now cut the mixture into round cutlets. Directions for Assembling: 7. Take chicken cheese cutlets and dip in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs. Store in an airtight bag in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. 8. Shallow fry them from each side until golden in color. 9. Your Chicken Cheese Cutlets are ready. Serve them with ketchup and enjoy. Preparation time: 15 mins Cooking time: 20-25 mins Servings: 4-5
