in this recipe i will show you how to make Chicken Cheese Crepe for your family and iftar
Ingredients :
Cheesy chicken crepes
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1 medium size
Saute for 2 mins
Water 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cook for 5 mins
Chicken minced (keema) 1 cup
Cook for 7-10 mins
Coriander 2 tbsp
Let it cool completely
Egg
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Water 1 cup
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Non stick pan
Brush oil
Spread evenly
Cook for 1-2 mins low flame
Flip
Cook for few seconds
Mozzarella cheese
Chicken stuffing
Cheese
Fold
Some oil
Fry both side until golden
