Hello friends:-
This recipe is very easy and delicious...please try this dish once and serve to your family...ingredients are as follows:-
500 grams of chicken
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
2 tspn of red chilli powder
1&1/2 tspn of coriander powder
1/2 tspn of cumin or jeera powder
1/2 t spn of garam masala powder
1/4 tspn of pepper powder
1 tbl spn curd or yogurt
2 tspn of ginger garlic paste
2 tspn of tomato ketchup
Add all the above mentioned ingredients to chicken and mix well , and marinate it for about 30 minutes to 1 hour...
Next..in a non stick pan...add 3 tbl spn of oil and add the marinated chicken in to it....and fry first 5 minutes on high flame and then close the lid and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes and then add 2 slit green chilli and mix well and then add finely chopped coriander leaves and Curry leaves and mix well and switch off the flame....the chatpata chicken fry will be ready..its too yummy and quick chicken recipe...try it and send your feedback...here I used all homely available ingredients...so in every country this ingredients will be available...in India.. united states..in south Africa in Canada..in united kingdom..everywhere this all the ingredients will be available...so try it once...
here I used chilli powder - Everest
Garam masala - Everest
Turmeric powder- aruna
Coriander powder - MTR
cumin powder - Everest
Curd - Amul curd
Tomato ketchup - kissan
Pepper powder - Everest
