Here’s how to make a nice and spicy chicken burger patty. This recipe calls for corn flakes since that gives the patty a nice crunch but you can also use flour to give it that more traditional KFC Zinger taste.

1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp water
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
Corn starch
crushed corn flakes
