Chicken Biryani in Pressure Cooker

Ingredient List for Chicken Biryani
Chicken – 500 gm
Basmati/ Biryani rice – 1.5 cup
Bay leaves- 1-2
Cloves – 3 – 4
Onion – 2 (chopped )
Onion 2 Big (Sliced & Fried)
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Tomato – 1, chopped
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder – 2Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Biryani Masala – 2 Tsp
Cinnamon Stick-2 inch
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Food color Orange – 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
Oil – 3 -4 Tbsp
Salt to taste
