Ingredients
300 gms boneless chicken, minced or cut into small pieces
3 onions chopped really fine
1-2 Tbsp oil
1+1 tsp ghee
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
1 cinnamon
2 cardamom
1 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp tandoori masala powder
2 Tbsp cashew paste(soak 10-15 cashew nuts in water for 5-10 minutes & grind them into a paste)
1/2 cup yogurt/curd
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 Tbsp cream
1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
