1 kg chicken thigh, skin on ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup calamansi juice 1 tsp. ground black pepper ¼ cup minced garlic ½ cup brown sugar ½ tsp. salt 1 cup peanut butter (for the sauce) - Braise for 10-15 minutes, uncovered. - Save 3 cups of the simmering liquid, add 1 cup peanut butter Java Rice: 2 cups uncooked rice 3 cups water 2 tsps. turmeric powder 2 tbsp. banana catsup ¼ cup chopped red bell peppers 1-2 tbsps. butter
