Eid Special Chicken Badami Handi recipe that you all will love. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #EidSpecial #OlpersMilk #OlpersCream Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/37QA0UD Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids' special recipes. 00:00 Chicken Badami Handi 00:12 Marination 00:56 Prepare Handi 03:06 Aray waah Serves 4-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Tomato paste 2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Boneless chicken cubes 700g -Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 14-15 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1-2 -Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) 6-8 leaves -Olper’s Milk ¼ Cup -Olper’s Cream ¼ Cup -Olper’s Milk 1 Cup -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Badam (Almonds) cut in half 8-10 -Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2 -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) 1/8 tsp -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions: -In a bowl,add yogurt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,black pepper powder, coriander seeds,salt,tomato paste,ginger garlic paste & whisk well. -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes. -In a grinder,add almonds,green chilli,fried onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves,milk & grind to a make thick paste & set aside. -In a jug,add cream,milk,whisk well & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,almonds & fry for a minute & reserve for garnishing. -In the same wok,add cloves,green cardamom and mix well. -Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (6-8 minutes). -Add badam & masala paste,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes. -Add olper’s milk & cream mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes). -Add garam masala powder,nutmeg powder,mace powder,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well,cover & simmer on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes). -Add green chilli,fresh coriander,ginger & mix well. -Heat clay pot,add butter & let it melt. -Add green chillies & fry for 30 seconds. -Add prepared badami chicken,garnish with fried almonds,fresh coriander,ginger & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Bowl mein dahi,lal mirch powder,zeera,haldi powder,kali mirch powder,sabut dhania,namak,tomato paste aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Grinder mein badam,hari mirch,fried pyaz,hara dhania,podina aur doodh dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka thick paste bana lein & side per rakh dein. -Jug mein cream aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein cooking oil aur badam dal dein aur ek minute kliya fry ker lein & garnishing kliya reserve ker lein. -Us he karahi mein laung aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Marinate chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8minutes). -Badam & masala paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Olper’s doodh & cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Garam masala powder,jaifil powder,javitri powder aur kasuri meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janat tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Hari mirch,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Clay pot ko garam karein aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Hari mirchein dal ker 30 seconds kliya fry ker lein. -Tayyar badami chicken dal dein,fried badam,hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
