Chicken and Rice Recipe | Eggs and Vegetables


Today we got one simple, fresh and delicious asian style fried rice dish.You only need a few basic ingredients and simple tools to get it right so please dare to try it out. Did you enjoy this video? (aprox 2.5-3 mm) 0:25 - Slice chicken breast into thin strips. (aprox 5-6 mm) 0:28 - Add 2 tbs of soy sauce over the chicken breast. 0:31 - Add corn starch. 0:34 - Mix together. 0:38 - Steam zucchini. (aprox. 8 minutes until tender-crisp) 0:41 - Crack two eggs. 0:43 - Add chilli flakes. 0:44 - Add salt. 0:47 - Beat eggs. 0:55 - Add olive oil. 0:57 - Add egg mixture in the hot pan on medium-high heat. 01:02 - Mix and separate egg fragments. 01:08 - Add oil. 01:09 - Add onion. (medium to high heat) 01:11 - Stir fry until golden. 01:13 - Add marinated chicken and stir fry. (aprox. 5 minutes) 01:21 - Add 1 tbs soy sauce. 01:23 - Press garlic. 01:26 - Add steamed zucchini mix together and fry. (aprox. another 3 miuntes) 01:37 - Add oil. 01:37 - Add the already cooked rice into a hot pan. 01:42 - Add pepper. 01:44 - Add 1 tsp soy sauce and fry rice on low-medium heat. (aprox. 2-3 minutes) 01:51 - Add vegetable-chicken mix. 01:52 - Add fried egg. 01:56 - Cook together for aprox. 3 minutes. ENJOY! Music from EpidemicSound.
