I found this recipe for Chicken and Rice in a delicious Cream of Mushroom Soup. This is such a quick and easy meal you're going to want to add this crock pot recipe to your growing collection. I made a few adjustments based on the ingredients I had to work with.
I used 2 boneless Chicken breasts and ½ cup of vegetable stock in place of the chicken stock, omitted the paprika as I used a simple Italian Seasoning Mix, in addition to salt and pepper. I also used some garlic, onion plus red and green bell peppers. I would also like the add that I've cooked this on high in my crock pot as I got a later start on this meal as I knew that this would make a simple and delicious dinner.
