Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 persons

CHICKEN ALOO CURRY RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
For Chicken Marination:
500 – grms Chicken
1 – tsp Red chili powder
1 – tsp Turmeric powder
1 – tsp Coriander powder
1 – Asafetida
½ – tsp Ginger powder
1 – tsp Cumin powder
1 – tbsp. Mustard Oil
1 – tsp Garam masala powder

FOR GRAVY:
5 – 6 Potatoes
2 – Big sized Onion (Chopped)
2 – tbsp. Ginger garlic paste
1 – tsp Red chili powder
1 – tsp Turmeric powder
1 – tsp Bhaja masala
1 – tsp Cumin powder
2 – tbsp. mustard oil
Salt to taste
½ – Cup Curd

FOR BHAJA MASALA:
½ – tbsp. Cumin Seeds
4 – 5 green cardamom
1 – tsp Coriander seeds
1 – Sinnamon sticks
4 – 5 Cloves

PROCESS:
*. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, Asafetida, ginger powder and mustard oil. Mix it well.
*. Heat oil in a pan. Add fry potatoes and keep it aside.
*. Heat oil in a big pan and add chopped and sliced Onion. Fry it until brown. Add marinated chicken and Saute.
*. Add all the Spices, ginger garlic paste, curd and mix it well and cover it with Lid until chicken gets tender.
*. Serve it Hot with Rice or Roti.
