Chicken Afghani Momos Ingredients –

0:57 – For the Dough –
1 cup Refined Flour
½ tsp Salt
⅓ cup Hot Water

2:03 – For The Filling –
200 gms Chicken Mince
¼ Cup Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)

5:14 For the White Sauce –
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Refined Flour
¾ Cup Milk
¼ Water
¼ tsp Black Pepper Corns (crushed)
¼ tsp Red Chilly Flakes
¼ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt As Required

Red Chilly Flakes
Chaat Masala
Garam Masala
¼ Cup Processed Cheese
Coriander Leaves (optional)
