Chicken 65 is a beautiful chicken starter which actually originated in south India and it’s taste varies from one location to another. In the recipe chicken is marinated by adding curd and other spices along with ginger garlic and then it’s deep fried . After frying the chicken, pieces are then thinly sautéed in varieties of sauce and garlic and loads of curry leaves !!! No doubt it’s starter originally prepared in India, the taste is more or less similar to chilli chicken dry but the only difference is the use of curry leaves !!! Here curry leaves are added and play important role and give beautiful flavour to the chicken!!! Do try the recipe and let me the feedback in the comments section!!! Happy cooking ?
