Fennel seed powder - 1 teaspoon (perimjeerakam)/ or you can use fennel seed
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
kashmiri chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Green Chilly - 6
For Coating :-
Maida
Egg - 1
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
