Cheesy Chicken Balls & Coleslaw Salad: To make the Coleslaw salad, add the followings in a mixing bowl Carrot - 1/2 (Thinly sliced) Cabbage - Double the quantity as the carrots (shredded) Lemon - half the lemon juice Mayonniaze - 1 tbsp Milk - 3 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp MIx well and keep it aside. To make the cheesy chicken balls: Ground Chicken - 250 gm Salt - as required Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - Half lemon juice Black Pepper - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - as required (chopped) Green chillis - 2 (Thinly sliced) Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Garlic - 10 cloves (Grated) Cabbage - 2 tbsp (grated) Chilli flakes - 2 tsp Mix well and do the following. To make the cheesy Chicken Balls Mozzarella cheese - 1 packet (cut into cubes) Apply some oil on your fingers and start shaping the chicken mixture into medium size balls. While shaping, stuff a cube of mozzarella in the chicken balls. Time for some breading: Add the followings in a plate Bread crumbs - As required Chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt - as required Mix well... In a bowl Egg - 1 no Beat it slightly. Coat the chicken balls in the egg first and then in the bread crumbs mixture. Now our cheesy chicken balls are ready to be fried. Heat up some oil in a kadai. Gently drop the chicken balls one by one into the kadai. Note: Keep the flame compulsorily on medium while frying the chicken. Cook till the balls become golden brown colour on all the sides. Now take the balls out and they are ready to be served. How to serve? Place the cheesy chicken balls on the coleslaw salad that we made previously. Drizzle some ketchup if required. Spinkle some chilli flake. Serve hot.
