Today, I want to share how to make Cheese in Hamburg steak, using leftover Shokupan crust from the egg sandwiches. I have already shown you the Menchi Katsu; this recipe is using the same hamburger mixture. Japanese style Hamburger steak is one of the Japanese staples and our all-time favorite.
