CHEESE CAKE PUDDING EASY RECIPE PINOY DESSERT


#Cheese#Cake#Pudding#Sweet#Dessert#Creamy#Delicious#Pinoy#Style#Kapampangan#Maniyaman#Kabalen Ingredients: 7 Egg Whites 3 Pcs Cheese Cake (mashed cheese cake) 1 Cup Evaporated Milk 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk 1/2 Cup Raisins 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 4 Tsp Brown Sugar Caramelize Procedure: 1. Caramelize sugar into the pan. Put 4 tsp sugar, cook and let in caramelize in low heat until golden brown. Swirl to cook evenly, set aside and let it cool. 2. In a mix bowl, whisk egg whites, add evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract, whisk well until well blended, then add mashed cheese cake and raisins. 3. Put the mixture onto the pan with caramelized sugar, cover with foil to avoid water drips from steaming. 4. Steam for 30 mins in a steamer or rice cooker. 5. Let it cool.
