Amazing Chatkhara Ginger Chicken Recipe for you all. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3m7zW6M Chatkhara Ginger Chicken Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Chicken mix boti 800g -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2-inch piece -Cooking oil 1/3 Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri Red chilli) powder 1 tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Tomato ketchup 2 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Water ½ Cup -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions: -In a blender jug,add tomatoes & blend to make a puree (approx. 1 Cup) & set aside. -In a bowl,add garlic paste,green chilli,lemon juice,salt and mix well. -Add chicken & mix well. -Add ginger & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and fry on medium flame from all sides until golden brown (6-8 minutes),take out in a bowl & set aside. -In the same wok,add onion and sauté until translucent. -Add pureed tomatoes,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed, chaat masala,mix well & cook until oil separates (3-4 minutes). -Add tomato ketchup & mix well. -Add yogurt,salt & mix well. -Add water & mix well. -Add fried chicken & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add ginger & green chillies. -Garnish with green chilli,ginger & serve with chapati! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Chicken mix boti 800g -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2-inch piece -Cooking oil 1/3 Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri Red chilli) powder 1 tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Tomato ketchup 2 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Water ½ Cup -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions: -Blender jug mein tamatar dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein (approx. 1 Cup) & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein lehsan paste,hari mirch,lemon juice aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein,bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein. -Us he karahi mein pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein. -Pureed tamatar,dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera,lal mirch crushed & chaat masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes). -Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Dahi aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Adrak aur hari mirchein dal dein. -Hari mirch aur adrak sa garnish ker lein & chapati ka saath serve karein!
