Every bite is a journey worth savoring with the goodness of Olper's Dairy Cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnesBarhao #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToyou #DigitalAmmi #BackToSchool Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Op05LO Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Tomato ketchup 1 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Olper’s Cream 3 tbs (room temperature) -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Boneless chicken cubes 500g -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Olper’s Milk 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,lemon juice,soy sauce,cream,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,black pepper powder & whisk well. -Add chicken,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. -In one dish,add all-purpose flour. -In second dish,add eggs,milk,salt,black pepper crushed & whisk well. -In third dish,add breadcrumbs. -Skew/thread marinated chicken in wooden skewers. -Coat chicken skewers with all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs. -Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer. -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken skewers on low flame until golden brown (makes 8). -Serve with tomato ketchup or keep in lunch box for kids! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Tomato ketchup 1 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Olper’s Cream 3 tbs (room temperature) -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Boneless chicken cubes 500g -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Olper’s Milk 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Bowl mein tomato ketchup,lemon juice,soy sauce,cream,adrak lehsan paste,kashmiri lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namka aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chicken aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein. -Ek dish mein maida dal dein. -Dosray dish mein anday,doodh,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein -Third dish mein breadcrumbs dal dein. -Wooden skewers per marinated chicken laga lein. -Chicken skewers per maida laga lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein. -Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han. -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken skewers ko halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 8). -Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
