Cathedral Window Gelatin Recipe | How to Make Cathedral Windows


Cathedral Window Jelly Dessert Is a delicious and colorful jelly dessert perfect for holidays, it resembles stained-glass windows seen in churches. It’s made with colorful jelly cubes mix in a milky gelatin. Ingredients 1 pack (25g) Strawberry gelatin powder 1 pack (25g) Mango gelatin powder 1 pack (25g) Buko pandan gelatin powder 1 pack (25g) Orange gelatin powder 2 cups of water (for each flavored gelatin) MILKY JELLY 1 pack (25g) unflavored white gelatin powder 2 cups pineapple juice 1 big can (300 ml) Condensed Milk 1 pack (250 ml) all-purpose cream ½ cup water ½ cup sugar Procedure 1. In a pot combine grape gelatin powder and water. Stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour jelly mixture on mold. Let it cool to set. 2. Repeat process with the remaining flavored gelatin powder. When all the colored gelatin cool down, slice them into cubes. Mix all the colored flavored jelly cubes in a bowl. 3. Arrange the jelly cubes on the mold. Set aside 4. In a pot combine unflavored white gelatin powder, pineapple juice, water, sugar, condensed milk and all-purpose cream. Mix until well combined. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour milk mixture into the mold with jelly cubes. Let it cool to set then chill in the ref for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
