Here's the recipe:
CASA SWIZZLE
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Rum
2/4 oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Honey Water
¼ oz. (7ml) Allspice Dram
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Mint Sprig
Star Anise
Flower Sprig
PREPARATION
1. In a tall glass, squeeze in fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and add honey water, Allspice Dram, and overproof rum. Add crushed ice and stir.
2. Add a few dashes of Aromatic bitters and garnish with a mint sprig, star anise and a flower sprig. Enjoy responsibly!
