Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Ghee
add above grated carrot and roast in ghee for few minutes then add
500 ml - Milk
Cook for some time then add
1/4 Cup - Freah Home Malai

250 gm - Milk Extra
add Cook more for Good Texture ,When all Cooked and thickens add
3/4 Cup - Sugar
Cook till thickens amd add
1 tbsp - Raisins
1 tbsp - Almond Flakes
Everything Mixed and thickens add
1-2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Mix amd Serve
Garnish With Almond Flakes and Pistachio Flakes
