Ingredients for Capsicum Chicken Recipe
Capsicum – 4
Chicken – 2 breasts
Oil – 3 tbsp
Onion – 3
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Paneer if required
Lemon – half
Tumeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masla – 1/2 tbsp
How to prepare???
Step 1 – Heat oil in a pan and add onion, capsicum, chicken and saute till onion turns golden
Step 2 – Add chicken breasts to the pan and mix it well.
Step 3- Add tumeric Powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kashmiri Chilli powder, salt mix well and cook for 5 minutes
Step 4 – Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it well…. Capsicum chicken Gravy Ready…..?? Serve Hot ??
