¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
½ Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 cup Capsicum (thinly sliced)
1 ½ cups Onion
1 Green Chilli
4 Garlic Cloves
10 Curry Leaves
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
