Butterflied chicken drumsticks how to recipe

Butterflied chicken drumsticks how to recipe is going to help you cook drummies a lot quicker. Chicken drumsticks are still a very cheap protein and it is no surprise people play around with different ways of cooking them, making lollipop style and more recently people have been butterflying them Preparing the drumsticks like this means they will cook quicker, more evenly and we can get more seasoning onto the meat. This creates a tastier eating experience. As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home. As always, cheers for watching If you love BBQ, check out Schueys BBQ on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/2235708600063671 Also check out my Instagram for more content and giveaways https://www.instagram.com/schueysbbq/?hl=en Main Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks Filling Ingredients: 3 teaspoons of avocado oil 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary 2 teaspoons of dried thyme 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika ½ teaspoon of salt flakes ½ teaspoon of black pepper ½ teaspoon of garlic powder Garnish Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons of parsley (finely chopped) Items Used: 57cm (22”) Weber Kettle Kettle Kone / Vortex Feeds: 2 to 4 Style of cooking: grilling Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes Rest / Steam Time: N / A Cuisine: Australian Hydration: 2 x beers Whether it be grilling, smoking, low n slow, how to videos or just your basics of BBQ, my aim is to help you along your BBQ journey.
