1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
2 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. Butter
10 Garlic Cloves
2 cups Onion
1 large Green Chilli
1 ½” Ginger
2 Tbsp. Tomato paste (store bought)
1 ½ Tbsp. Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 tsp. + 1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 Bay Leaves
1 ½” Cinnamon Stick
4 Green Cardamom Pods
1 tsp. Kasuri Methi [Fenugreek Leaves] (dried)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 5 -6
