INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole Chicken (4-5 pounds)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Chicken
1 cup Filtered Water
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Filtered Water
Drizzle of Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Coat chicken with dry spices and rub all sides of chicken.
2. In the INSTANT POT set to saute on high, add avocado oil. Place chicken breast side down and leave for at least 1 min without moving to brown. Then flip chicken and brown all sides. Remove chicken from pot.
3. Add 1 cup filtered water and bouillon and stir. Add trivet and place chicken on top. Set INSTANT POT to HIGH pressure for 30 minutes. Allow 10 minutes NPR. Open and place chicken under broiler for 5 minutes (optional). Add cornstarch slurry to INSTANT POT set to saute on HIGH. Whisk briskly. Serve chicken with sauce. Enjoy!
