1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1.5 cups buttermilk to coat chicken
Cooking Oil for frying
**Deep Fry @ 325 F approx 11-12 mins
Buffalo Sauce:
1 Cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 stick butter (you can use a little less butter if you want it a little more spicy)
