Broccoli Salad Recipe | Broccoli Salad


Broccoli salad recipe is a great, fast and straightforward side dish that can be made in just minutes. This healthy Broccoli salad is crunchy, fresh and full of flavor. When there is a need for light meal after a heavy or festive food; this is going to be the best option with full of taste and health. Ingredients- Broccoli -1 medium Water chestnuts(singhara)- 7-8 Boiled corn kernels -1cup Salt – as per taste Red chili flakes -2tsp Crushed black pepper -1tsp Lemon juice -1tsp White vinegar-1tsp Chopped garlic -1tsp Canola oil-1tsp Steps- 1- Cut the stem, florets of broccoli and wash properly. 2- Heat 1 glass of water and boil the broccoli, chestnuts for 2-3 minutes. 3- Strain and keep it on absorbent paper to remove excess water. Let it cool down. 4- Cut it in bite-sized pieces. 5- In a big bowl add all the seasoning, mix well. 6- Add the broccoli, chestnuts and corn kernels. 7- Mix well and serve.
