Hey lovelies! I had honestly so much fun putting this together for you and really hope you enjoy the simple, nutritious and delicious recipe! It of course can be made in a variety of ways to your liking by adding kale, strawberry, pineapple etc. I just find that the simplicity of it is what I love about it so much. Blueberry Paradise Smoothie Recipe
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 1-2 tsp grated or sliced ginger (you can keep the skin)
- 1/32 tsp of Kelp Powder or a dash of any other Sea Vegetable
- 1 cup of water or Choice of Plant Milk
Nutritious Suggestions:
- 1 cup Kale
- 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
Instructions:
If using kale blend first with water or plant milk. Then add in all ingredients and blend until smooth. If you are not using frozen blueberries you might want to toss it in the freezer for a f
