I love this smoothie, it is one i make pretty much once a week. It has very simple ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup plant based milk
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp flaxseeds
(optional: you can add maple syrup in as well depending on how sweet you like it)
