Ingredients
1 Apple
125 Grams or 1/2 a cup of blueberries
2 large TSP of Yogurt
2 TSP Sugar
- Blend all the ingredients smoothly.
- 1 to 2 min delicious smoothie ready
- Make your lovely ones around with you serving this smoothie
Tips : Instead of Apple , can be add banana as well . this also will give you lovely flavor smoothie.
