Squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Nutritional Value - Dietary Fibre for bowel movement, Vitamin C for healthy tissues and bones, Vitamin A for a healthy digestive system, Manganese to activate your enzymes and lastly they lower your cholesterol, protect your skin and are antioxidants.
The seeds have Omega-3 and Carotenoids but can be annoying.
