Simple tandoori chicken!
ingredients
-4 pieces chicken
-1tbsp corriander powder
-2tbsp chilli powder
-2tbsp tandoori masala
-1/2tbsp pepper powder
-1/2tbsp cumin powder
-1/2tbsp tumeric powder
-salt to taste
-2tbsp ginger garlic paste
-2tbsp thick curd
-2tbsp cooking oil
-1/2 lemon juice
steps:
1) Mix all ingredients to make a masala paste.
2) Make slashes on chicken pieces.
3) Apply masala on chicken and refrigerate for 2-3hrs/overnight.
4) Preheat oven at 200Β°C for 5 minutes.
5) Roast chicken in oven for 10-15 minutes on each side untill it is fully cooked.
6) Tandoori chicken is ready! Serve with chili, lemon and onion slices and enjoy!
