Sauce:
4 tbsp honey
5 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp rice vinegar
5 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp sesame oil
scallion for garnish
1 tbsp ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
