Welcome to my "Best Kale Salad Recipe" video! I think I went a little overboard when I said it's the "best" kale salad because I am sure there are a lot of great kale salads out there, haha. Perhaps I should've titled this video, my "favorite" kale salad recipe!

Kale Salad Recipe:
- 2 bunches of organic lacinato (dinosaur) kale, chopped in bite-sized pieces
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tbs of nutritional yeast (optional)
- 3-4 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of toasted pecans
- pinch of salt
- dash of ground black pepper
