Crispy Buffalo Parmesan garlic chicken. I deep fried this chicken and it was amazing. I love my air fryer a ton, but from here and again I like a regular deep fried chicken. Double frying is the best to getting a nice crispy skin. Fry your chicken at 375 degrees for 7 min, remove let rest while you are frying the others. Then retry again at 375 degrees for 4 more min. Wet batter
1 chicken , cut into 8 pieces
1 cup cornstarch , 1/4 cup reserved for coating
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup water

Parmesan garlic Buffalo sauce
1/2 cup wing sauce
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 Parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter
Combine all except Parmesan cheese in sauce pan. Put on med heat until all combined. Then add Parmesan cheese, put heat on low and stir till cheese dissolves
