Berries Apple Almonds Smoothie | Mukbang | Many Shoutouts This is a super easy homemade smoothie recipe however you will need a smoothie maker to do this or some blended you maybe able to make a smoothie. MORE SHOUTOUTS TO COME! About the Apple: You may substitute with one whole banana, sweet pineapple slices, you may also add spinach. About the Almonds: You may substitute with walnuts or your fave nuts. Disclaimer: Please find out the health benefits of all these ingedients below online as I am a no expert what they are good for. I know this smoothie is good for my husband and me only. No Sugar added: If this smoothie is not sweet enough for you, you may add 1-2 tbsp of brown sugar, white sugar or honey. Ingredients 2 cups of Milk ( Any milk) I used 2% lactose free milk for this smoothie about 25 pieces of salted roasted almonds 1 whole apple (cut in any shapes you wish) 1.5 cups fresh frozen 4 berry blend Optional: 2 thin slices of lemon Thank you so much for watching!
