A very warm welcome back to What’s For Tea :) for tea tonight I’ll be attempting Gordon Ramsays Beef Wellington!
This was the first time I’ve ever made Beef Wellington and I was really pleased with how it ended up :)
This is quite time consuming, but if you have the time, please don’t let that put you off…this is ABSOLUTELY delicious!

Serves 4-5
2lb (1kg) Beef tenderloin (fillet of beef)
1 Tablespoon mustard
2 Egg yolks (add 1 tablespoon water and pinch of salt)
350g Mushrooms (I used chestnut)
8 Slices Parma ham
1 Sheet ready made puff pastry (375g/
Sea salt & fresh black pepper
Olive oil for frying
1 clove chopped garlic-optional
