This is Kit’s Cooking version of Beef Rendang, an Indonesian inspired cuisine. Since i am recreating this dish using available ingredients at our local Asian Store, i used a pre-packed Rendang Paste. The addition of coconut cream is to balance the spicy bite of the Rendang Paste which also gives a creamy taste to it. Kit’s Cooking ?‍?
