Beef goulash recipe homemade + Mashed potatoes recipe
Ingredients:
Beef 700g
Red or white onion 200g
Garlic 50g
Frying oil
Ketchup 150g or tomato paste 100g + water 50g - https://youtu.be/H2-a951XPLw
Butter 30g
Flour 20g
Water for goulash - 700 ml
Bay leaf 3pcs
Spices - salt, pepper mix, ground allspice
Potatoes (for mashed)
Goulash recipes:
Cut the beef into small pieces. Cut the onion and garlic. Fry the beef for 10 minutes. Add ketchup or tomato paste and butter. Add onion and garlic, fry for 5 minutes. Add flour, fry for 5 minutes. Pour water, simmer under the lid for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the spices and bay leaf, and boil down the sauce to the desired consistency.
Make mashed potatoes.
