Ingredients for 1/2 kg beef , let's start..
Green chillies
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 table spoon
Mix all these ingredients with the beef ( preferably cut in to small pieces).
Pressure cook for 5 whistle and cook until the water completely drained.
At this time let's make ingredients for frying
Whole pepper - 1tsp
Fennel seed -1/2 tsp
Onions -2 or 3 finely sliced
Chopped coconut 1/4 cup
Chopped ginger and garlic -2 table spoon
Chilly powder - 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 table spoon
Coriander powder - 1. 1/2 table spoon
Add some oil to the hot pan,
Add whole pepper, fennel seed, chopped ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked beef and fry for few minutes.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix it well.
Add some sliced onions and fry until the onions fried.
Finally add some chopped coconut pices and curry leaves.
