Beef Degi Korma recipe for you today. #HappyCookingToYou #Rafhan #CornOil Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2Oqy8G8 Beef Degi Korma Serves 6-7 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Beef mix boti 750 gms -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup -Kewra water 1 tbs -Rafhan corn oil 1 Cup -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 14-15 -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs -Hari elacihi (Green cardamom) 9-10 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) seeds ½ tsp -Javatri (Mace) 3-4 blades -Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ piece -Pyaz (Onion) 1 small -Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large -Tez paat (Bay leaves) 4 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp -Laung (Cloves) 7-8 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 9-10 -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillli) powder ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Pani (Water) 2 Cup or as required -Kewra water ½ tbs -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions: -In bowl,add beef mix boti,ginger garlic,turmeric powder,salt,yogurt and mix well. -Add kewra water and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes. -In pot,add rafhan corn oil,cashew nuts and fry until golden brown & set aside. -In spice mix,add desiccated coconut,green cardamom,black cardamom seeds,mace,nutmeg,fried cashew nuts and blend well. -Add onion,water and blend to make paste & set aside. -In the same pot,heat oil,add onion and fry until golden brown & set aside. -Add bay leaves,cumin seeds,black peppercorns,cloves,green cardamom and mix. -Now add marinated beef and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes. -Add coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,red chili powder,blended paste and mix well. -Add water,mix and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame until tender (approx. 40-50 minutes). -Add kewra water,fried & crushed onion and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes. -Add ginger & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Beef mix boti 750 gms -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup -Kewra water 1 tbs -Rafhan corn oil 1 Cup -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 14-15 -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs -Hari elacihi (Green cardamom) 9-10 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) seeds ½ tsp -Javatri (Mace) 3-4 blades -Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ piece -Pyaz (Onion) 1 small -Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large -Tez paat (Bay leaves) 4 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp -Laung (Cloves) 7-8 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 9-10 -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillli) powder ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Pani (Water) 2 Cup or as required -Kewra water ½ tbs -Adrak (Ginger) julienne Directions: -Bowl mein beef mix boti,adrak lehsan,haldee powder,namak aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Pot mein rafhan corn oil aur kaju dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Spice mixer mein khopra,hari elaichi,badi elaichi seeds,javatri,jaifil aur fried kaju dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein. -Pyaz aur pani dal dein aur blend ker ka paste bana lein & side per rakh dein. -Us he pot mein oil garam karein aur pyaz dal ker golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Tez paat,zeera,sabut kali mirch,laung aur hari elaichi dal ker mix karein. -Ab marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein. -Dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,lal mirch powder aur blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 40-50 minutes). -Kewra water aur fried & crushed pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein. -Adrak dal ker serve karein!
