Ingredients for Beef Chilli Recipe:
- beef - 500 gms
-cooking oil
- Salt- 1 tsp
- red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- black pepper- 1/4 tsp
- garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour- 1 tsp+1/2 cup water
- plain yogurt- 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Onion cubes - 1 cup
- carrots 1/2 tsp
- Green ball pepper- 1/4 cup
- yellow bell pepper-1/2 cup
- red bell pepper-1cup
- Garlic, ginger paste- 1tbsp
- Green chillies, thin - 5/6pcs
- Spring onion- 1cup
- vinegar- 1tbsp
- water- 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
-oyster sauce-1tbsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Salt for seasoning
Ingredients for Fried Rice
- butter 50gm
- carrorts-1cup
- yellow bell pepper-1/3 cup
- red bell pepper 1/2 cu
- green bell pepper 1/4 cup
- green chilli 8/9 pcs
- black pepper 1/2tsp
- 2tbsp cooking oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups cold basmati rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp salt
- onions, 1cup
