The perfect restaurant quality beef chili recipe for you today.#HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2C5Bo5a Beef Chili Serves: 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Beef undercut ½ kg -Anda (Egg) beaten ½ -Corn flour 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste -Soy sauce 1 tsp -Cooking oil for frying -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp -Oyster sauce 2 tbs -Hot sauce 2 tbs -Tabasco sauce 1 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tsp -Pyaz (Onion) julienne 1 medium -Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part julienne 1 Cup -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves julienne 1 Cup -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne 3-4 -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste Directions: -Cut beef undercut into thin strips & set aside. -In bowl,add egg,corn flour,salt,white pepper powder,soy sauce and whisk well. -Add beef slices,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry marinated beef until light golden (4-5 minutes) & set aside. -In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix. -Add oyster sauce,hot sauce and mix well. -Add tabasco sauce,soy sauce and mix well. -Now add fried beef and mix. -Add onion,green onion white part,green onion leaves,ginger,green chilies and give it a good mix. -Add salt,sugar,white pepper powder and mix well & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Beef undercut ½ kg -Anda (Egg) beaten ½ -Corn flour 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste -Soy sauce 1 tsp -Cooking oil for frying -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp -Oyster sauce 2 tbs -Hot sauce 2 tbs -Tabasco sauce 1 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tsp -Pyaz (Onion) julienne 1 medium -Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part julienne 1 Cup -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves julienne 1 Cup -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne 3-4 -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste Directions: -Beef undercut ko thin strips mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein anda,corn flour,namak,safed mirch powder aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Beef slices dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated beef ko light golden hunay tak fry ker lein (4-5 minutes) & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker mix karein. -Oyster sauce aur hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Tabasco sauce aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Ab fried beef dal ker mix ker lein. -Pyaz,hara pyaz white part,hara pyaz leaves,adark aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Namak,cheeni aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & serve karein!
